By accessing and using TunAI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

TunAI is an AI inference platform that provides access to multiple AI models including GPT-4, GPT-5, Claude 4.5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Mistral, and other advanced language models. Our Service allows users to:

Generate text, code, and creative content using AI models
Switch between different AI models seamlessly
Access AI capabilities through a user-friendly interface
Use secure global payment methods
Manage subscriptions and usage credits

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits. Pricing is displayed in US Dollar (USD) and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partner. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We accept credit/debit cards, debit cards, credit card, and digital payments.

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits, except as required by law.

4.5 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, unless you cancel before that time.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for automated or bulk queries without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Generate spam, phishing, or malicious content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by TunAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (prompts, queries). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, AND YOU SHOULD VERIFY IMPORTANT INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUNAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
